Hardly talk in class or to any people today, all my friends are wondering what happen to me, instead of talking I think I rather type ba.

Felt really down before I slept last night ( dont ask me why ha) and so when I woke up this morning I felt the same not much changes plus I feel really tired and body aching due to the PT training we had last night.

But last night was a fun training, we did alot of run and picking up of heavy stones and also lots of jumps that spell out our name, so was quite different from normal training and it was a interesting one BUT tiring!

Anyway miss out some interesting pictuer of the past event, SO tada do enjoy it.
